Terms of Participation
To mark its 25th anniversary, Kreativ Media GmbH (“KreativMedia”) is saying thank you with a special prize draw (“anniversary giveaway”): 25 web hostings are waiting for lucky winners!
By participating in the anniversary giveaway, the participant accepts the following terms of participation:
1. What can you win?
Each person drawn will win the “Web Hosting Star” plan, worth CHF 154.80, for a duration of one year. The prize does not include the costs associated with a domain required to use the hosting plan.
Der Gewinn kann für den Neuabschluss eines Webhostings genutzt oder alternativ auf ein bestehendes Hosting angerechnet werden.
Bei grösseren Hostingpaketen (Galaxy, Cosmos, Root Cloud Server, Managed Cloud Server oder Reseller Hosting) wird der Gegenwert auf die nächste Rechnung angerechnet. Eine Barauszahlung ist ausgeschlossen.
2. Eligibility
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle natürlichen Personen mit Wohnsitz in der Schweiz, die im Zeitpunkt der Teilnahme am Jubiläums-Gewinnspiel das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben.
Employees of KreativMedia are excluded from participation.
Each eligible person may participate in the anniversary giveaway via all three social media channels of KreativMedia (see below, section 3) and thereby increase their chances of winning. However, a participant can win only one hosting plan (see above, section 1).
3. Participation and Deadline
The anniversary giveaway begins on Tuesday, 1 July 2025 at 08:00 a.m.
To take part in the draw, each participant must (1) subscribe to at least one of KreativMedia’s social media channels/profiles on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn (i.e. follow the respective channel), and (2) comment on a post on one of these channels referring to the anniversary giveaway. The participant’s social media profile will then serve to identify the participant and to contact them in case of a win and for prize delivery.
The deadline for participation is Thursday, 10 July 2025 at 23:59 (CEST).
Participation is possible at any time during the anniversary giveaway period, free of charge, and not tied to any purchase. To redeem the prize, the winner must be the holder of an active domain.
4. Selection and Notification of Winners
The winners will be selected by random draw after the participation deadline, with equal chances for all eligible participants not excluded under section 6. Winners will be notified directly via the respective social media channel.

Zudem verfällt der Gewinnanspruch, wenn der Gewinnerin oder dem Gewinner die Nachricht über den Gewinn (z.B. wegen technischen Problemen seitens der jeweiligen Social Media Plattform oder des jeweiligen Social Media Profils der Gewinnerin oder des Gewinners) nicht erfolgreich zugestellt werden kann.
5. Data Protection
The personal data collected in the context of the giveaway may be stored and used by KreativMedia (and third parties commissioned by KreativMedia in this context) for the duration and handling of the giveaway. In all other respects, the data protection policy of Kreativ Media applies and is available at: Privacy policy (in German).
6. Fairness and Exclusion
KreativMedia reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of a justified suspicion of manipulation, abuse, reputational harm and/or legal violations.
7. Early Termination and Changes
KreativMedia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the anniversary giveaway at any time.
8. Legal Recourse and Liability
Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw.
KreativMedia accepts no liability for any damages arising in connection with participation in the anniversary giveaway.
Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
